Consultation & Design
A Consultation is the first step in the journey to building your dream log home.
This will cover design ideas, project scope and budget, financing options, reviewing your land features, and providing clarity on everything you need to know about building with Kline Log Homes.
Finding a Manufacturer
You may have already partnered with a Log Home Manufacturer prior to our Consultation. However, if you have not, we will help you identify a Manufacturer that will fit your needs best!
For the last 30 years Kline Log Homes has networked with fantastic companies, such as Estemerwalt Log Homes in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
Permitting & Approvals
Most projects require permitting and approvals from local governmental agencies.
While this can be daunting, our expertise will help cut through the red tape and satisfy regulations at every step.
Breaking Ground
Once Permitting and Approvals are finalized, we can begin the groundworks on your home! This stage includes:
- Excavation
- Driveway Installation
- Foundation Installation
- Grading & Back Filling
Log Construction
The groundworks are now in place; it’s time to begin log construction!
Your dream log home will rise quickly as our team expertly assembles your log home package.
Finishing Touches
Although the process is far from finished, everything after the log construction can adequately be considered the Finishing Touches. These include:
- Windows & Doors
- Utilities
- Roofing & Masonry
- Final Groundworks
